DATA PROTECTION DECLARATION ACCORDING TO EU DSGVO

I see my WEB site rk-musicproject.eu as an "electronic business card" and "a digitalized overview". It is not a WEB shop and no goods are sold or brokered through it and no money flows through this WEB site. I have no motivation to collect personal data such as email addresses for the purpose of permanent e-marketing. In the best case, I can arouse interest in my work in this way.

Nevertheless, in accordance with the new GDPR, I must explain how I proceed with possible data processing of personal data if you contact me in writing via the contact form or by email outside of this WEB site.

- This website can be used without providing personal data. However, when you access this WEB site, the IP address of the requester and also the WEB server are transmitted. IP communication (the mutual exchange of the communication address) is an indispensable part of making Internet communication (sender-recipient) possible on the WWW and cannot be prevented!

- I can assure you that I handle your personal contact details entrusted to me very carefully in accordance with the guidelines set out in the GDPR. I do not make the data you send to anyone available! If you no longer wish to be contacted, please let me know and I will delete your submitted data immediately (opt out). If I do not receive a reply to a reply email from me within 30 days, I can assume that you do not wish to be contacted again. I will then delete your contact details without further contact. This also applies to contact conversations that are conducted over the phone. I will only add you to a list of interested parties with your express written permission. Here too - if you no longer wish to be contacted, please let me know in writing and I will delete your submitted data immediately (opt out).

- I must point out that data transmission on the Internet can always have unknown security gaps. Complete 100% protection of data against access by third parties is therefore not possible.

- Cookies may be required to operate the individual pages on this website. Cookies are data that are saved on your computer by a website that you visit and are required to use the internet services offered.

- I have not knowingly implemented any data exchange with external data sources (Google, Facebook, etc...)

- I accept no responsibility for the content of external websites that point to the domain rk-musicproject.eu or that can be accessed from the website rk-musicproject.eu via a link. The owner of the respective website is responsible.

It would have been easy to simply copy out legal texts - but I wanted to explain it in an understandable way!
